I purchased my first VFT off of Amazon (I know, newbie here) and promptly decided I needed to repot it immediately. The VFT arrived with mineral trails already on the pot. The pots and soils from Carniverous Hub arrived very quickly and were exactly as described. As I collect more carnivorous plants, I will definitely make additional purchases.

I planted my pings in this soil in some great self watering containers and they appear to be happy as can be. The plants are perky and catch by gnats daily!

bigger than i thought it would be but that makes it even better! i was able to repot my venus flytrap into 4 of these hopefully it will explode in growth this spring.

Only problem i had which was on my end i mismeasured the amount so i have to order but anyways it works well! it was very hydrophobic at first but now its soaking up water

This is my second order! After planting my first canivorous plant, venus flytrap, in this soil and in the planter pot, the flytrap just took off growing. Watching their youtube cannel provided me so much knowledge about how to care for canivorous plants. Now I have a second plant and thinking about a third. Once I make that decision, I will be buying another kit!

I had a great experience purchasing from Carnivorous Plants Hub. I’ve never grown these type of plants and impulsively got one from the grocery store. I watched multiple of his videos which were very informative. The soil is exactly as advertised and the planter is very sturdy. The small bag set up was perfect for my little plant, with extra soil left over. My plant has survived so far (it was taken out of its special set up for this pic). I would definitely recommend the planter/soil combo deal.
